The Sabjiwala ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. By using the Sabjiwala app or website, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
We collect only what's necessary to deliver your fresh vegetables and fruits to your door within 45 minutes. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

SMS, WhatsApp & Marketing Communications
We send two types of messages – transactional and promotional:

Transactional messages (order confirmation, delivery status, OTPs, complaint updates) — these are essential to your service and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

Promotional messages (deals, discounts, new products, offers on fresh produce) — sent only with your explicit consent at the time of registration.
TRAI Opt-Out (India): In compliance with TRAI's Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, you can opt out of promotional SMS at any time by:

• Messaging STOP to our WhatsApp business number

When we make material changes, we will notify you via the app, SMS, or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of The Sabjiwala after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
